Last updated: January 12, 2026

By accessing or using Avenue of Approach (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranties or guarantees are made regarding availability, performance, or data preservation.

2. Alpha / Beta Status and Data Wipes

The Service is in active development (alpha/beta).

While reasonable efforts may be made to preserve compatibility and player data, backward compatibility is not guaranteed. Game data, progress, accounts, and virtual items may be modified, reset, or permanently deleted during updates, testing, maintenance, or significant feature changes.

All progress during alpha/beta should be considered temporary. No compensation will be provided for lost data or progress.

3. Accounts

The Service requires an account to play. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including misuse or abuse of the Service.

4. Virtual Content

All game content, progress, accounts, and virtual items:

  • Are not owned by users
  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • May be altered or removed at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

6. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements in the future. If advertising is added, this section will be updated to reflect the advertising practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The operator is not liable for loss of data, progress, profits, or damages
  • Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk

8. Changes and Termination

The Service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
